updating the 2 fields should be done in one transaction

when you look at the history - you see 2 updates: one for the completed work and one for the remaining. Those 2 fields should be updated together.

Streamline build detail retrieval

At the moment, all of the build details for a build are retrieved as part of the build polling process. It would be nice of only the most recent build information could be requested from TFS.
